The 10Win APK won’t install
Allow installs from your browser (Settings → Install unknown apps), make sure you have at least 20 MB free, delete any old 10Win APK, and download again from the lobby. You can also play in the browser meanwhile.
Games are not loading on 10Win
Refresh, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, close other apps or tabs, clear the browser cache, update the 10Win app and turn off VPN or data saver.

Tap Support in the bottom bar. The Message Center offers 24/7 customer service chat and links to 10Win’s official WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and Instagram channels. Send your account ID (from Profile), what happened, when, the amount and screenshots. Never send your password, withdrawal password or OTP.
